History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Description: This light-skinned male likes to wear black tank tops with blue pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in a small island village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Apothecary.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to clean up the streets
