Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has a crush on the local cartwright

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His blonde hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by giants. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. He has a hunchback. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lewis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to end his boredom

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
