Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
