History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable
