History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a Doctor soon after.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
