History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After months of barely getting by, Justin managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
