He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His red hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gunter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gunter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is silver and very short. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
