History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the east to a Barber, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
