Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
