History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He got into the Hunter business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Bernard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bernard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
