Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. His black hair is still thick. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Everard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his longbow, and is pretty ugly. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shoemaker who has hired him part-time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
