History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerald's homeland. Gerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. Through the years after Trey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Trey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Percival is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult
