Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Manfred isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has never given up on his music dream.
