History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants a kiss.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a trident on his belt. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the south. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Reynard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants to work out more often
