History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Reynard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Reynard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Herbalist soon after.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
