Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Roger began to lead the lost caravan. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
