Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When Trym reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Trym was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's in love

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Gifted from a young age, Conrad studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Blacksmith like his father before him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 9. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Shane was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shane decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
