Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Gerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Solomon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A true patriot, Guy would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He now mingles about in high society.

He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
