Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He carries with him a set of shields, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are brown.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'7". He wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants, marred by sweets. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Richard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This malnourished man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a pastel coat. He has moderate length silver hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His red hair is thinning but still full. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush
