Description: A middle-aged man, he wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Merchant. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He stands about 5'9" and wears just a grey suit. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He takes great joy in being the best Adventurer in town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Adventurer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: He is lean but muscular and is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, violet shirt, and black tie. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are violet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world
