History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
