Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Roland was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roland decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peter will drive conversation. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He is physically well-built. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Percival hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. A true patriot, Percival would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
