History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anselm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears long strands of amber and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Trey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a Laborer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a white vest and prefers pastel and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His golden hair is lengthy. His ears are large.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
