Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
