History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love
