History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.
