History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: To be a Actor again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
