Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Miles will drive conversation. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Miles began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.
