He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Gerard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
