Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an entirely black suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
