Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Drogo hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear flannel. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Theodoric enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
