History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Don was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
