History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theobald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
