Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
