Description: This man is very fat, and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he desires power and/or immortality
