History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
