Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Charles reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

Description: This tall, slender man wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His tied-back hair is auburn. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Gomory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Conrad was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bather. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: An older man who wears a brown vest and prefers grey and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, he is not a threatening figure. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in the south. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
