History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
