When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is long and brown with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Locksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Hunter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
