Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'1" and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. A true patriot, Anselm would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Anselm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anselm decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
