History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Theodoric liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
