History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Server. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Raymond learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local shepherd
