History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'5" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is black and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Alex speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Alex never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
