Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Percival grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Percival. He now mingles about in high society.
