History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a black coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, and is pretty ugly. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frederick embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Frederick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Frederick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
