Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Heward was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
