Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Charles isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Charles was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.
