History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by drow. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
