Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
