History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Charles has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
